FAQ

Your questions as a host.

I only have one listing. Is OmniStay right for me?

Yes. You pay €9.90 a month for that listing, with no commitment, and you get everything: the synced calendar, automated messages, the guest app and the app for whoever does your cleaning. AI prepares, you approve.

Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?

No. Your listings stay where they are: OmniStay connects to them in a few clicks and keeps your calendars, prices and messages up to date on both sides.

Could the AI tell my guests just anything?

No. The assistant only uses the information about your property, the stay and the conversation: it never makes up a time, a price, a code or an amenity. If information is missing, it doesn’t answer in your place: it hands back to you and tells you what to add to the property details. Complaints are best kept on copilot: you are the one who replies.

Can I take back control of the AI at any time?

Yes. Topic by topic (Wi-Fi, arrival, parking, checkout, recommendations, special requests, complaints), you choose: off, copilot (it prepares, you send) or autopilot (it replies on its own). Nothing goes out on its own until you turn on autopilot, and you stop it with one tap: everything then goes through you again. Every message sent stays visible in the conversation.

Does my cleaner have to pay or sign up?

No. You add them in OmniStay and send them their invitation link by text or WhatsApp. Their app is included: their jobs arrive after every checkout, with the room-by-room checklist, and they send you their photos when the cleaning is done.

I don’t have a smart lock. Is that a problem?

No. Your arrival instructions (key box, building code…) go out in the automated messages and appear in the guest app. With an igloohome or Nuki lock, OmniStay also creates a code for every stay.

I also rent directly. Can OmniStay help?

Yes. Your direct bookings go into the same calendar as your Airbnb and Booking.com ones. With the Payments add-on, your guests pay for their stay and their deposit by card, into your own Stripe account, commission-free. With the Website add-on, you also get your own website: your properties, their free dates and online booking, paid into your Stripe account.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. The subscription is monthly and has no commitment. You can also export your data at any time.

Where is my data stored?

In a database in Paris, backed up every day. Your data and your guests’ data are never sold.
