Direct connection: prices, availability, bookings and guest messages, both ways. Your whole Airbnb account connects: OmniStay creates your properties from your listings, without overwriting anything, and shows you what will be sent before connecting.
Calendar and channel managerPaste a site’s iCal link: OmniStay rereads it every hour and closes the booked dates. It also gives you a link per property, to paste on that site, in your calendar or for your team.
Zero double bookingsPriceLabs prices and minimum stays flow through OmniStay to the platforms, listing by listing. An alert lets you know if it stops sending prices.
Dynamic pricingWith the Payments add-on, card-hold deposits and nights booked direct are paid into the owner’s Stripe account, extras into the property manager’s, with no OmniStay commission.
Deposits and paymentsOne code per stay, valid for the guest’s dates, sent before arrival then deleted after checkout. A code also for the accepted cleaning job, for the duration of the job.
Guest appYour quotes, invoices and credit notes download in Factur-X: you import them into Tiime, an approved platform, which transmits them. The entries for your sales and purchases go out as CSV for your accountant.
Invoices and Factur-XWith the AI Assistant add-on, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini connect to OmniStay through its MCP server and act in it with the same controls: every action is logged and can be undone for 24 hours. For your other software, the public API and its keys are included.
API documentationConnect OmniStay to Zapier, Make and thousands of apps, without an official app: your tools are notified of every new booking, cancellation, guest message or review, completed job or issued invoice, and can act in OmniStay, for example create a job from a form. Included in the subscription; set up in Settings › Integrations.
Zapier and MakePaste your previous software’s key: your properties, bookings and prices arrive in OmniStay. Another software? Its Excel, CSV or iCal export is enough.

No. Each connection is made in OmniStay, with a walkthrough that shows every screen: an account to connect, a key or a link to paste.
Booking platforms, iCal links, PriceLabs, locks, Tiime, Zapier, Make and the API are included in the subscription. Stripe payments and connected AIs are part of their add-on. PriceLabs, Stripe, Zapier, Make and lock manufacturers have their own pricing, on their side.
No: before connecting a listing, OmniStay reads its calendar and shows you what will be sent, compared with what it displays. Nothing is sent without your agreement.
