Who is Carole Anne?
At 20, I chose independence by becoming a mobile hairdresser. For ten years, I built my business with determination, until the day it became obvious: it was time to change my life.
My first Airbnb properties on the Arcachon Bay were a turning point. I discovered far more than extra income: a real lever for financial freedom, through property management.
In 2020, in the middle of a global crisis, I started my own property management company. In the very first season, I managed 30 properties and 3 professional sublets. Since then, I have overseen more than 150 properties, built a high-performing team in France and created a solid, profitable model.
Now based in Orlando, in the United States, I run my businesses remotely, with my family. And over the years, I have helped thousands of people, from all walks of life, start their own property management company.

The story of OmniStay
The software I wish I’d had from day one.
Running a property management company from the other side of the world takes more than improvisation. Bookings come in at all hours, cleanings follow one another, guests write in every language, and owners are waiting for their figures.
While helping thousands of people start their property management company, I heard the same struggles again and again: one tool for the calendar, another for messages, WhatsApp groups for cleaning, Excel spreadsheets for owners… and a lot of time lost copying everything over.
So I did what I advise everyone to do: start from real life on the ground. OmniStay grew out of my method. One piece of software for bookings, cleaning, keys, deposits, owners and invoices. Simple for those who are starting out, complete for property managers who have grown. And an AI that prepares everything: all you have left to do is approve.
OmniStay is the software designed by a property manager, for property managers.
