Your invoices, ready for e-invoicing.

What OmniStay does

Invoicing, with no re-keying.

  • Quotes, invoices and credit notes

Numbered sequentially, with no gaps or duplicates. A mistake is corrected with a credit note, numbered too.

  • In Factur-X format

Every invoice, deposit invoice or credit note downloads in Factur-X: a readable PDF that also contains its data. You import it into Tiime, an approved platform, which transmits it.

  • Owners’ monthly invoices

Ready on the 1st from the month’s stays, with the monthly report: they go out in one tap, or on their own.

  • For your accountant

The entries for your sales and purchases, with your journal codes and accounts, in a CSV file that opens in Excel.

  • Sales to guests

With the Payments add-on, every extra paid by card gets its numbered invoice on payment, and every refund its credit note.

  • Your figures

Occupancy, revenue and average rate, month by month, by listing and by platform: you see straight away what works.

FAQ

Invoices and Factur-X: your questions.

Is OmniStay an approved e-invoicing platform?

No. OmniStay prepares your quotes, invoices and credit notes in Factur-X; an approved platform, such as Tiime, transmits them.

Can I correct an invoice that’s been sent?

With a credit note: a numbered invoice can’t be deleted. The credit note is numbered sequentially.

Can my accountant get my entries?

Yes: set your journal codes and accounts once, then download the entries for the period as CSV.

Does OmniStay calculate the tourist tax?

Yes: set once the rate voted by the town of each property. OmniStay calculates it on every stay, minors exempt, and prepares the return to file with each town, as PDF and CSV. What the platforms collect themselves is counted separately.
