How it works

Four steps, nothing to track by hand.

Any property manager or host with an OmniStay account can refer. OmniStay counts your clients, calculates each commission and shows it to you in one place.

  1. 1Get your link. In OmniStay, open “Referrals” (More menu): copy your link, or send it in one tap.
  2. 2The property manager signs up with your link. The referral is recorded at sign-up, before their first subscription: their first month is free.
  3. 3Every month, your commission is recorded. 30, 40 or 50% of the subscription for their listings, depending on their rank among your paying clients. You follow it on the same screen: pending, to be paid, paid.
  4. 4You receive a bank transfer, between 30 and 60 days after each paid month. We email you about the transfer.

What you earn

The more you recommend, the more you earn.

30 to 50% of your referred clients’ subscription (€9.90 per listing per month), every month. Add-ons aren’t included in the calculation. OmniStay doesn’t charge VAT.

  • 50%from the 21st onwards, for all the following ones

Your clients are ranked in the order of their first payment, and each one keeps their rate: your 21st client brings you 50% of the subscription for their listings every month, the first twenty keep theirs.

Who can refer?

Any property manager or host with an OmniStay account. Your link is on the “Referrals” screen in OmniStay (More menu).

How long do you earn your commission for?

For as long as the property manager stays subscribed: you earn your percentage of the subscription for their listings, month after month, with no time limit.

What is the commission calculated on?

On the subscription for their listings only: €9.90 per listing per month, paid monthly. Their add-ons aren’t included in the calculation. OmniStay doesn’t charge VAT. Their first month, which is free, earns nothing.

How are the tiers counted?

Your paying clients are ranked in the order of their first payment: the first ten at 30%, from the 11th to the 20th at 40%, from the 21st at 50%. Each one keeps their rate.

When and how am I paid?

By bank transfer, between 30 and 60 days after each month paid by the property manager. We email you about the transfer.

Can a property manager who has already signed up use my link?

The referral is recorded at sign-up, before the first subscription. Two property managers can’t refer each other, and your own link doesn’t count for you.

And between students of our training programme?

Between students, referrals earn neither a commission nor a free month. Commissions are still paid for any property manager or host from outside the programme that you bring in.

Where can I track my earnings?

On the “Referrals” screen in OmniStay: the property managers who signed up and are paying, and your commissions pending, to be paid and already paid.
