Do my listings stay online during the switch?
Yes. You connect your listings to OmniStay, then disconnect them from the old software, in the order the guide gives you: they’re never offline, and OmniStay checks every step.
What if my software isn’t on the list?
Its booking export (Excel or CSV) or your properties’ iCal link is enough: OmniStay brings over your properties and bookings, and checks every upcoming booking, one by one.
Do my photos and descriptions come across?
With an import by key, your properties’ descriptions, amenities and photos are brought over. Then your Airbnb listings are matched to your imported properties, with no duplicates.
